Gilmour appointed Vizion 21 Ltd just before we moved
into our current production kitchen in 2001.
Vision
21 Ltd set up systems tailored to the style of
production carried out at our unit and also assisted
with the kitchen design.
With
Mathews experience in ODC (Outdoor catering) he was
able to advise and design bespoke systems and
procedures for our off site work which allows our
chefs and managers to operate with a greater level
of confidence.
With
regular updates & audits, Vizion 21 Ltd keeps us
abreast of changes in legislation. We are also kept
informed of any relevant industry food recalls or
alerts.
Always
at the end of a phone Mathew offers sound advice in
a language we understand without unnecessary jargon.
