Vizion 21 Ltd is a company which brings together a number of independent consultants with specialist knowledge of management needs in a one stop shop. Based in the United Kingdom we can provide a wide range of products and services to help business clients develop their businesses both in the UK and abroad.

Vizion 21 Ltd was set up by Matthew Anderson who is a 46 year old member of the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health and the International Institute of Risk & Safety Management with over 25 years experience in  working for and on behalf of major international companies. Starting life in Local Government Matthew left to work in the private sector with companies such as Trust House Forte, Gardner Merchant (Sodexho), Safegard Consultancy, Facilities Management Support, etc.  

Matthew specialises in project management with experience in initiating, developing, implementing and auditing systems and procedures across diverse sections of the business marketplace. 

Matthew has considerable experience in assessing risk and anticipating outcomes against a global perspective and changing economies.

Working with Vizion 21 Ltd is Iain Rolston who is Managing Director of  FM Support,  a facilities management company providing management support services to companies who are setting up a formal facilities management structure or who have a need for interim management as a result of long term sickness, recruitment delays, etc. Iain has 10 years of experience working in the NHS as a Facilities Manager, as well as 20 years experience of contract catering and sales. Iain has access to experts in all areas of facilities management and uses the services of Vizion 21 Ltd to provide environmental health, safety and risk management support.  

ANDREW CRYER 

Working as an Associate member of Vizion 21 Ltd is Andrew Cryer of Andrew Cryer Associates, offering a wide range of Training and Human Resources support services. 

The business was established in 1991 with the aim of being able to offer and deliver tailor made training and personnel advice to meet both the business and legislation needs of clients.

With over 20 years experience gained in the Hospitality Industry, primarily within Hotel and Catering, Andrew has developed a reputation of meeting business needs through training and development, ranging from practical advice on legislation for small organisations through to co-ordinating large-scale events, such as Skills City Manchester or the All England Lawn Tennis Championships.

As well as operating as a telephone personnel advice line for smaller employers, the business offers a wide range of courses, tailor made and recognised through professional bodies.

GREY MATTER TRAINING

Another key associate for Vizion 21 is Grey Matter Training Ltd  a modern forward thinking company that specialises in bespoke industrial training courses on food safety, health and safety, first aid, managerial and supervisory coaching. 

The ethos of GMT is to provide quality training so as to ensure its clients' business activities comply with current regulations; to assist the client in keeping abreast of legislation, and the implications it may have on their particular business and/or industry. A strong advocate of safety in the work place, GMT offers a means to educate staff and therefore enable them to be more effective in the workplace.

Tamzin Cochrane as Managing Director of GMT has worked regularly with Vizion 21 and its clients  in providing  induction training for casual staff, event hygiene & safety management and general management skills training.

JOHN THOMPSON

Working with Vizion 21 Ltd as an associate member is John Thompson specialising in quality assurance, environmental management and 'Investors in People' accreditation. John has over 30 years experience in working for public and private companies. John was a Director of a successful national stationery business business which he helped to grow from  £1 million turnover to  £13 million turnover in under 10 years.
