Through its partners Vizion 21 can offer full facilities management support for the design, setting up, running and break down phases of any major leisure, sporting or exhibition event in the United Kingdom or Europe. This support can cover direct management of all contractors involved in the setting up of the event including tentage, shell schemes, lighting, electrical installations, gas, plumbing, security, catering, transport management and crowd control.

	Supervision of tentage erecting & dismantling

	Fire & evacuation safety - liaison with Fire Authority to get approval for event fire plan and emergency evacuation procedures
	Emergency planning - liaison with local police, ambulance service and local authority.
	Risk assessment of all exhibitors, competitors and contractors prior to event and on site supervision during construction, running and breakdown of event.
